“Would like to say a massive thankyou to the chaps in this store. They are so helpful. Recently I had trouble starting my car and one of the assistants ( sorry I'm rubbish with names) came out and tested my battery for me which had, had its day. Supplied me with a new one at a good price. Today I needed new windscreen wipers so called in and this time the same assistant came out and fitted them for me as well. I can't recommend this place enough excellent customer service.”

“Had the Smart Tuning team come and do a mobile fitting for Apple CarPlay on my 2015 Audi Q5. Amazed at how well the CarPlay system integrates with the dated Audi infotainment display. It’s very clear and allows use of the steering wheel controls. It took about 90 minutes and its completely modernised the car and would 100% recommend.”

“Today Darren fitted a removable Towbar to my Audi Q3. He let me know when he would arrive, carried out the dismantling fitting and software update. All done in freezing temperatures. Very neat job. “Great service and lots of the bits we have needed have been in stock and the ones that aren't they can normally get in real fast. All parts are great quality and at a good price, the staff are really helpful with a good knowlage of the parts they sell, if on the off chance you do ask for a part they don't stock the staff are real good at knowing where else you may be able to source the part. Find what you need from them with a simple phone call, you'll find if they have it, if it's in stock and how soon you can get it. We have even had one of the guys drop parts off for us as we couldn't make it in after it got dropped to store. Real down to earth helpful people.”

He mentioned that they had a fitting service and for £9, I was happy to have it done there and then. The chap who fitted it was helpful and very quick, it was fitted and I was off and away in just over 10 minutes from entering the store. I would certainly recommend and will visit again.”

“Superb service when ordering a new electric bike. My e scooter recently broke down, and due to poor aftersales care from online scooter shops, I decided on a pedal assist bike from Halfords following watching several online reviews. Bike is due to arrive in store on Saturday and will be built and ready to ride home, very professional service, talked me through all the delivery and build options, and the aftercare services. Haven't even got the bike yet and already know Halfords will take good care of the whole process, can't fault them one bit.
