“Where do I even begin! I enrolled my almost 2 year old into this centre and it is the best decision We have made. Initially it was so difficult to send my first born into someone else’s care but they were so patient with me along as much play and stay time as I wanted. Barbra was sooooo helpful with enrolments and explaining the complicated government systems, the educators like Tamara, Emele, Bonnie and Min are just wonderful always taking my calls when I want to check in and just an all round friendly staff who made my little man feel super welcome even though he only goes twice a week! We ended up enrolling him more often because he enjoyed it so much! The room set ups are great and age appropriate, the learning walls are very helpful to parents to get an overview of education, systems and general information about the day to day activities and food menu! I also love that the older kids are downstairs and the younger ones upstairs I really think it makes a difference. I hardly ever hear children crying and someone is always attending. Also love the yoga, cooking and sensory experiences. I always feel updated on StoryPark and I always look forward to seeing what they have been up too! Thank you for making my life easier and caring about our child! I wish we were not moving at the end of the year!”

“Journey at Durack is the most family orientated centre I have ever been to. My grandson attends in the Nursery room and he loves it. He has come ahead in leaps and bounds under the guidance of the Nursery team, they are loving and always have the childrens happiness and well being at the centre of all they do, I could not recommend them enough. The staff genuinely care and take pride in their roles, it is evident that their positions are their passion and vocation, not just a "job". Over our time at the centre the staff have accommodated his needs and have been 100% supportive of his needs and ours. The centre caters for a high number of special needs children and accomodate and support the children’s developmental needs. I can not express how much I appreciate the caring and respectful manner we are greeted with everyday.”

“I'm the new Principal at Sattler Christian College Years Early Learning Centre to Year 10. Since January 2019 we've been busy doing school renovations, beautifications and ICT innovations. My philisophical approach is that I want the students of Sattler Christian College to have the best of everything and I work as hard as I can to provide that for our wonderful and committed staff, students and parents. It is a safe, caring and academically focused school. Our students are regularly praised by local community groups as to how they carry themselves. I'd love to see our school continue to grow, we've had a family a week join our school throughout 2020. Pretty much all have been wonderful local Territorians looking for a change for their children and they have heard about us through the Palmerston and Rural communities. They have been warmly welcomed into the school. I am currently looking at adding further classes so that we can avoid turning anyone away as I want to see families thrive with us, rather than be stuck on waiting lists. Sattler Christian College is a genuine Christian school that only employs qualified Christians which is an authentic point of difference from other private schools in the Territory. We are a non selective school and all families are welcome to enrol and acfively engage in the extra curricular life of the school. The academic improvement of our students in NAPLAN speaks for itself even to the point that I was actually disapointed NAPLAN was cancelled this year because our teachers and students had done phenomenal work in the lead up to it since they were last tested 2 years ago. We celebrate the success of our students and scaffold them to achieve it. I love my teachers, they work so hard for our families and I am so very grateful for them. We appreciate the community work and stand shoulder to shoulder with Bees Creek Public School across the road and their great staff there, but also with the local businesses in the Coolalinga and Humpty Doo areas and the local churches too.
