“Stayed at The Laine Bar last weekend, fabulous place, brilliant host , she couldn’t do enough for us. Place lovely warm and clean. Lots of breakfast stuff left out for us, milk bread yoghurt too. Fruit and many other bits and pieces too. Locals very friendly . Will definitely be back”

“Called to Helen’s bar after seeing the review in the newspaper. We had driven from kerry to Mizen head and came back by Helen’s bar. Helen is a lady and couldn’t do enough for us. She got an extra table for myself my son and 2 brothers. My brothers were delighted with the price and quality of the Guinness.we ordered food while we were there and it was absolutely delicious. Best food we’ve had in a long time.Helen and her staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The pub was packed at 7pm when we arrived. we left around 10pm and went for a walk down the pier. Highly recommend it for the fabulous staff, service and delicious food. Also great value.”

Great local friendly atmosphere! A Heineken, pint bottle of bulmers and 2 Guinness for less than €20!”
