“5 minute walk from the main street. Nice clean rooms. Didn't eat here but some of my friends had the breakfasts and said they were fine. Doorman on overnight to allow access. Rooms at the back look over the car park but very quiet. Front rooms look over the river.”

“We had a fantastic room with a balcony overlooking the city. Very clean, & a decent size. The package included cocktails on arrival and 2 course meal. 10 minute walk into town. Dinner was fabulous. Overall it was an excellent experience. We will go again.”

“Have just left from my stay here and I am blown away. I stay in hotels very often and this is officially my top hotel in Ireland. It was lovely to still see the Christmas decorations up. The lobby was stunning, very elegant. Check in was quick and easy and ended up with an upgrade to a suite, we were delighted. They were very friendly at the front desk. The room was perfect. Bed was so comfy. Only fault was that it was very very warm, but we opened a window and it sorted the problem. We had 2 courses included in our stay. Dinner was incredible. Myself and my partner tried different things off the menu and everything was to perfection. We spent the evening relaxing in the room. Breakfast was buffet style which we were pleasantly surprised by. It had all breakfast options and it was delicious. Didn’t get to use the pool or spa facilities but from what we saw they looked great! Overall , we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. Thank you too all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.”

“Popped in yesterday for lunch and it was my first time in the hotel despite being a Cork native. I wouldn't normally write a review for a hotel lunch but I just couldn't get over the staff. It felt like I'd popped into my nans house for a cuppa. They're so lovely and warm and welcoming, an absolute credit to the place.”

“First time in this store, and I was impressed at the range. Staff were really helpful (thanks especially to Joanne!) and we picked up some fab new toys and chews for our dog. Love the groom room set-up too - very clean and organised, and the dog being groomed while we there looked like he was being well looked after, and was very calm during the process. Great parking outside too, which is a massive perk.”

“This is a lovely shop with healthy food for your animals. The staff are really helpful and I got some good promotions too. Very happy this pet shop is now in Fermoy. I've changed my cats from Whiskas to food bought here and the cats are so happy and look really fluffy and healthy (plus they love the food). They used to just look at Whiskas and walk away, maybe eat it later, now they gobble down their yummy cat food. Happy.”

“Our dog Lola spent 3 nights with Kristian while we were away and he was great sending pictures and updates about how she was getting on. She’s usually quite nervous with other people and doesn’t like walking and somehow she’s was so comfortable with them from the get go, and even went on walks to the park! We were so at ease knowing she was in good hands. She already can’t wait for her next sleepover!”

“It was our first time leaving our cat with anyone and I am so happy that we found Cosy Cat Cattery. It was so reassuring to know our cat would be well looked after while we were away. The chalet was impeccably clean and spacious and Johanna had plenty of toys in there to make sure our cat would settle in well. Johanna was just brilliant, and sent us pictures every day. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Cosy Cats Cattery when we're heading away next. I would happily recommend Johanna and Cosy Cats Cattery to anyone.”

“Al n Berta stayed in Wags n Tails for a month. They came back relaxed, in top form, content , looking great and I'd say missed their holiday camp in the country. I was able to visit and it was lovely to see them in their big outdoor space with scratching tree and dining in their attached indoor room . Their space was spotless and Tony took great care of them. Highly recommend. 7* pet accommodation.”
