“A typical discount store of the "almost all items one price" kind . There is always something of interest when you browse the shelves. One of my favourite purchases here is the folding shopping bags, that fold into a small pouch that can be put on a key-ring.”

“I had an excellent stay here and will definitely will be back. Its was great value. Beautiful clean and large bedrooms and the staff were incredibly helpful as I was delayed in my travels. They arranged food for my arrival and the staff were so pleasant at both check in and departure. It was a very pleasant surprise.”

“I can't stress enough how incredible this place is. The help and amount of support and attention we received was overwhelming. On our first visit everything was clearly explained to us, we had been left with every possible choice on how to proceed with our dog and every step was explained so we could decide. Our dog was struggling with itchy skin and after many many places, skinvet was the only one that really helped us out. The way the interact with your pet, how friendly the staff and whole place is is just incredible. If you have any issues with your pet related to allergies/skin problems... THIS IS THE PLACE.”

“Great price, fantastic food, super friendly owners! Don't drive to town and hunt around for an hour for a parking space, just stay here! Walk 5 minutes into town. They keep a super cute dog hidden away because some guests complain, we didn't even notice their dog until we were getting ready to leave. Pro tip: Ask for their super cute dog Toby!”

“We loved it. Away from the other tourists, in a quiet nature spot. We did not have our bathroom en suite, but it was just outside in the corridor. We were the only guests, so I do not know how it is when other guests are around. Breakfast was perfect and so was the hostess. If you want something different, charming, authentic, a place surrounded by nature, definitely go. If you want a modern, sparkling clean place, this may not be your cup of tea, but I doubt that you will regret.”

“I've gotten some great bargains here, in midleton it's one of the few places where you can get toys that could be described as present quality. Love that they do the alternative gift sets and Revolution make up gift set every Christmas.”

“Brilliant to have the later opening hours. Got a space right outside the door. Place was quiet. Shelves were being stocked. Lots of great deals to be had and that wasn't just the middle aisle. Huge range available at very hard to be beaten prices.”

“I love Lidl and always shopped there, but since they changed and updated their system to get our free item, and avail of the weekly offers by having to sign in, well! I'm having issues with that, probably because of my age and my lack of knowledge of technology....but why do we old ones have to miss out. It was so simple before. I now find myself back in Tesco most of the time collecting my points again. So straight forward.”

It is not wheelchair accessible,pram or sometimes even shopping trolley accessible due to items blocking alleys but if you are looking for eastern European food this is a great place to go. They have fresh meat section and a bit of beauty section (nice body lotions and face creams!)”
