"Just back from a few days at this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff. They were friendly and very attentive. Room was bright and clean. Food was amazing. Aaron and Katelyn from the bar/restaurant are so helpful and friendly. It’s a pity the parking is scarce but we got parking on the grounds. I’m looking forward to a return visit soon."
"Sorry, outdated, and rooms need more than a makeover or painting Booked executive room and got under sized room nothing to write home about. There was something extra in the toilet that was not nice, plus closed door and back of door peeling off but just painted over. The only thing executive about this room was free bottles of water plus cheap sweets. It's been a good few years' size stayed there but has not been updated since or improved. Have to say thank you to front desk staff for their help and looking after me But not value for money over priced for what you get."
"Free Parking: False, there are a total of maybe 6 spots that are free to those who are lucky. Air conditioning: there is none Food and bar: average food, decent cocktail Customer service: lobby was helpful, bar staff pretty sure didn't want to work there at all. Didn't say hello or anything, just "room number and what do you want" Hotel appearance: needs a paint job, a face lift and throw out all the carpet because it's stained and smells."
"Popped in yesterday for lunch and it was my first time in the hotel despite being a Cork native. I wouldn't normally write a review for a hotel lunch but I just couldn't get over the staff. It felt like I'd popped into my nans house for a cuppa. They're so lovely and warm and welcoming, an absolute credit to the place."
"Lovely Room. A little noisy in the morning. Possible Delivers early each morning. Great Food. Parking was a little difficult and we had to park in a local car Park. Comfortable Bed. Great showers. In A Room in the Attic. 5th Floor. They kindly arranged a Birthday Cake for my husband which was very much appreciated. Would stay again. Some of the residences were a little loud returning to their rooms Which I appreciate is out of your control. Would recommend."
