“Stayed for a couple of nights on a 10 day tour on our motorbikes. Rooms, service and breakfast all first class. Would very much recommend for anyone walking, biking or playing one of the many golf courses nearby. Many thanks for your kind hospitality”

“Creedons is an absolute gem. A place of real character and warm welcomes. Joe and Anne, their son Eamonn and the whole family create a fantastic atmosphere that many establishments would pay dearly to replicate. The food served is excellent too. A must stop location if you're in the area.”

“Came back here for the St. Patrick’s week celebration with a group of 122 people. 191 stayed at the Castle Hotel and were treated to the best accommodations, food and care anywhere. Rory Buckley and his staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or kind. Not one glitch or issue. No request was too big or went unattended too. Our group ranged from 6 years old to 82 and everyone one was treated like royalty.”

“We got married in Innishannon House Hotel in March. So we were there a few times before hand for food and drinks. The food was always incredible whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner or the wedding dinner itself. My husband was very impressed with the pints on draught and I was with the wide selection of spirits on offer. The rooms are so luxurious and comfortable with every amenity you could need. The hotel itself is cosy, elegant but also has a homey feel. The staff couldn't do enough to help you and Shane and Margaret went above and beyond on our wedding weekend which so many commented on. We definitely made the right choice and will be back soon!”

“Loved this hotel! Fabulous room, impeccable service. We had a spacious room that overlooked the harbor. The pub restaurant on the entry level floor is very nice, and the more formal restaurant on the upper level was Fabulous! There are also private lounges and bar exclusive for hitel guests. Plenty of parking. It's a nice walk into town. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!”

“Every single aspect of our stay was perfect. From being greeted on arrival, a warm immaculate room, with more amenities than I expected. Service in the bar for our 2 evening meals was superb and breakfast was spot on, not once was any negativity expressed if we asked for something. Totally excellent service from very friendly staff.”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. The rooms are not overly spacious ( we had the two twin bedroom), so keep that in mind if you like a bigger space. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. They provide water and items to make tea & coffee which was very nice. The history of the hotel is a delight. When we arrived the 76 bar was under construction which was disappointing because I booked the hotel for the 3 different eat in options. The hotel did temporarily open the bar one night for residents only to get drinks because Sketch ( other on site restaurant) was booked. 76 was a beautiful space and we loved sitting inside for drinks. Sketch requires reservations as it gets very busy! However, we did not understand the pull to the restaurant. Sadly, our breakfast did not meet the expectations we had of the place. We preferred eating out at a nearby place. Other than that, the hotel is amazing and the history makes it well worth a stay when in Cork!”

“Stay there for one night. The staff is absolutely outstanding: from the front desk to bar staff, the staff is responsive and really helpful without being "over the top". Great breakfast with a nice selection of choices. Be aware that if you are staying in the hotel car park, there's an overnight 10 euros fee. Great stay overall and a convenient location.”

“We had a family funeral and the hotel was the venue picked as the choice for the family to get together. The staff were excellent as was the food. We had my daughter graduation meal here a few back too and the same could have been said for that time.”

“Stayed here for a night with my sister and daughter. From start to finish we were utterly spoiled. Every member of staff were friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough for us. The room was fabulous and spotlessly clean Dinner in the amber lounge was delicious and the waiting staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond for my sisters birthday. A special mention to Raul in the bar who, even though it was so busy, made sure we were seated and served promptly throughout the night Breakfast was so lovely with no waiting around and an excellent array of choices. We will definitely be back to stay for longer, we were sad to leave such a lovely hotel. The staff are a credit to the resort”

“The hotel itself was amazing. Beautiful grounds and really friendly staff. We brought our 4 year old girl along and from the minute we walked in the door they made her feel as important as us. They gave her a colouring pack and a Teddy bear on arrival, which was a lovely touch!. I haven't seen service as good as this in Ireland ever so will definitely be back for another visit. 5 stars (more if I could)”

“Sadly saying Sunday Sayonara to the beautiful Garryvoe Our second year spending mid-term at the Garryvoe. This hotel is an oasis of tranquility. The staff are professional, helpful and welcoming. The food is delicious and well presented. Breakfast is an absolute must for the choice available and the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever to be eaten! It's family friendly with a sweet playground area nearby and fairies on every hotel floor! The rooms are spacious with King Coil mattresses and comfy pillows. More than looking forward to our return trip.”

“What a fabulous hotel with two wonderful owners in Noreen and Joe. Such a wonderful relaxing place to stay, definitely be back again .Such a shame they don't do dinner but lovely Ann Marie served us a sumptuous breakfasts. Next visit won't come soon enough”

“The room was great. The parking situation is not great. You park, then go get your visor tag, walk back to the parking lot, and then walk back to the hotel. When you leave, you have to do it all again in reverse. I would stay again.”

“Well, I am laying down in one of their rooms right now. Checked in over an hour ago. I'll update if my experience changes but I doubt it will. THIS HOTEL IS GREAT! Lady at reception provided the best service I have gotten in the 4 hotels I have stayed in. Room has all the same amenities and comforts as others. Even has mini split A/C unlike other 4 star hotels (i do not know if every room has this) Hotel is charming. This place is a gem. Hoping I get an appetite so I can try their restaurant. I'll be having breakfast in the morning here. No parking lot or garage. Need to park down the street. No big deal. Only thing I can possibly criticize so far.”
