The rooms were spacious and charming, and the common areas luxurious and beautiful. We had breakfast at the castle for two mornings, and the food was delicious. Sunset Cottage
● Open, County Kerry, Ireland“This little cottage is an absolute dream, which is why I've been coming for a number of years. There are a total of 3 en-suite bedrooms, a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room, large garden and everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland! The house is also perfect for families with 2-3 children because there is enough space. The Ring of Kerry passes right in front of the house and you can start your tour on one of the probably most beautiful scenic drives in Europe right after breakfast. Killorglin, the next small town, can be reached in about 5-8 minutes, where you will find all the shops and bars for going out in the evening. It is about 30 minutes to Killarney and about 40-50 minutes to the Dingle Peninsula. In short, the perfect starting point for great excursions and on rainy days also a place to relax and just be at home. The landlady Marcella is super friendly, tries very hard and can be reached almost 24/7 if you have any questions.”

● Open“It might be a 2 star establishment, but Matthew is a 5 star proprietor! Such a caring and kind person who genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a nice stay. As a person traveling on a budget it is so wonderful when I find accommodation that is both affordable and clean and comfortable. The rooms are simple yet well appointed, nicely painted and have everything you need. Everything was spotless and the other staff in the hotel were also very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure. Thanks a mill Matthew”
