Clayton Hotel Cork City
“I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights along with my son who is studying in Cork. The room was perfect with two separate beds (one double, one single), the abundant and varied breakfast, an excellent gym complete with everything and functional, the large and complete bar/restaurant. The staff was kind and competent to my need, so all really good. The location of the hotel is really convenient for walking to the center and the train and bus station. I did not use the spa. If I return to Cork I will definitely stay here.”

Eclipse Centre Holiday Homes & Activity Centre
“Our family of four visited, the kids are eleven and seven. This family run venue looks normal from the outside but when you get inside there are spectacular views in every direction! We were greeted by Jerry who really put us at ease and explained our options while we were there. Eclipse offer horse riding, an assault course, fishing, kayaking and archery from what I saw there might be a couple of extras I didn't see. We spent hours between the assault course and kayaking. The assault course was timed by the owner's son Sonny who was just wonderful! Really good humoured and chatty, had our children in stitches and was very easy to talk to. The owner Athos was very friendly on the phone and explained what to expect when we arrived. Leandro helped us with the kayaking and patiently explained to us the proper technique for how to board and get out as we were all beginners. The place has a short but interesting history having been completely developed by the family. Delighted we visited. We left noticing the apartments they have available to rent and thinking we might just return one day to stay there next time we're in Kerry!”
Escape Killarney - Kerry's 1st Live Escape Room Venue
“The Escape room was amazing and a fun challenge. This was our first escape room and completed the Black Valley room in a surprisingly good time. The staff was very friendly, helpful and explained everything in clear detail.”
No Escape
“It's a place where you get to pay to go into different rooms where you're locked in for an hour and you learn how to get out of the room using clues, puzzles and problem solving skills. It's a very entertaining activity. There are various types of escape rooms in this place. There's an ancient Egyptian room, a Zombie room and one other type of room. It's more fun and recommended that you go to the escape room with four or five people as teamwork is essential to solving this activity. I enjoyed my time at this place and would love to go there again!”

Hayfield Manor Hotel
“Old world charm which I love. We stayed here on April 1st, 2023. Relatively small hotel very close to Cork City centre. Oozez charm. Great bedrooms with fab bathrooms. Loved the garden areas and aviary. Really good pool and spa. Very good restaurant, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. But finally I have to say that the staff were second to none. I loved when they give you eye contact and immediately pick up on that you want something, and not the other way around. They couldn't do enough for us.... Serious kudos. I hope that I can revisit sometime because Cork City was a great experience.”
The Playdium
“Unlimited play time. Food as an OK price. And taste great. Loads for kids to do. Could stay all day. Staff helpful and friendly.”
Clonakilty Park Adventure Centre
“Incredible. For such a simple mini golf course, it's fantastic. It's clever, well done, and immaculately well kept, while still being very doable so it keeps it fun for the whole group. Thoroughly impressed with it and would go again. The high ropes looks great for kids and I love how on show it is for parents/spectators. It's cool to see it even from the mini golf course. Again, looks simple, but really well made and kept. this centre is fantastic and with the cinema beside it's a one stop shop for a great family day/weekend.”
Shanakill Family Resource Centre
“Lovely spacious family resource centre. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff”
