The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) is a school institution located at 47 Robert Holcomb Way, Plainville, Connecticut, United States. In conjunction with the eleventh anniversary of the Sandy Hook tragedy, the CREC Foundation has established The Ana Grace Love Wins Scholarship in memory of Ana Grace Márquez-Greene, a victim of the Sandy Hook massacre.
