"they have lovely products and great informative videos, but buying from them has not been a good experience for me. I have to reach out to them because they will not send any information on items that haven’t shipped or are still in que. I do not appreciate that with today’s technology, there’s really no excuses, especially since they’re so technically savvy and intelligent. My guess, they just don’t care. I still recommend their products, but will always buy from third-party from this point forward. we love supporting small independent businesses, but this one is not worth the stress. I am not looking for a handout or a reply, just giving a fair warning out to somebody else who is thinking about shopping from them."
"Build a soil has some amazing plant care products. Our exotic tropical hibiscus plants respond well to coconut water extract powder and aloe Vera extract powder. We use these with our other fertilizer and to help with rooting new plants."
