"I shop at Walmart only because there is not a target in the area. I like subway but this one I have given the benefit of the doubt too much. Half the time it’s closed because they don’t have staff. The other half of the time when you can get service it is dirty (literally bugs flying around last time and had to leave), and I don’t think they have cleaned the pop area since it opened. I understand in this day and age the staffing issues but then just don’t have it. I’m honestly surprised the health department has not shut it down. The staff they have is nice but the company needs to figure this store out."
"Showed up at 4:30, Saturday, for a quick sandwich. Rung the bell, and was told "I'm on my break," and no more. Simply walked away after that. Came back after her break was done, and gates were closed for the day. Update: A few new employees have been hired it seems and a new hours open sign has been posted. Have been there a few times since and the experience was pleasant with expected Subway food."
"They rang me out before I even had a chance to finish my sandwich. Then they had a problem with what I ordered and tried to charge me more even though it was the flattest sandwich I've ever seen in my life and wasn't even worth the $9 I spent."
"The service received from the young lady behind the counter brought the rating UP to 3 star or else it would be a 1.5-2.0. She was courteous & friendly and quickly prepared my order. I was in around 2:00pm on a Monday & it was very slow, maybe 4-5 other people during my 39 minute visit. Almost every table was dirty and had not been cleaned as well as the floor. 4 of the 8 selections did not work at the soda fountain. Root beer doesn't have a tag but also did not work."
"Not enough employees. One worker only large line. Worker kept assuming I wanted extra of every thing. And got annoyed when I wanted to know if it cost extra. Sandwich was decent for subway."
