"Epoque was such an incredible community to visit!! It is very apparent that the apartment is well taken care of, and the staff are so knowledgeable and kind. I was well informed of all things they have to offer and I would have without a doubt leased here myself, though unfortunately the location is too far for me. I am certain anyone who chooses to live here would absolutely love it, I am jealous!"
"RAMPANT THEFT The building provides storage lockers in the basement which are repeatedly broken into. There is no attempt to manage the theft issue and zero responsibility taken by property management to resolve the issue. Property management states: "We are not responsible for the safety of you or your belongings on this property""
"I lived here for about 10 months. The property is in a great location and is pretty nice. There are some issues with pipes such leaks in the basement or a few bursting pipe situations. I've been told busted pipes is an ongoing issue since the original construction. Overall I enjoyed my time here,. It helps that Golden is a great town. After I moved out I there was a billing mistake but the property manager Rachael came though and helped me out."
"I have been living here for 8 months and it has been a complete nightmare. The staff has changed monthly which has made it nearly impossible to get any support while living here. Whether it was aggressive dogs, broken appliances, or simple questions there has been one lady to ever help me out. Currently, I just got my washing machine replaced after a month of not having one. The new one only uses scolding hot water, ruined a $1,000 ski jacket, and I can not get ahold of anyone to get it fixed. They also damaged the floor while replacing it, which I can also NOT get fixed. As soon as I find another place in Golden I will be breaking my lease. Anyone who thinks it is worth living here… it wrong. I pay $3,000 a month for complete idiocracy."
"My husband and I moved in last August and love living at Epoque! The views from our unit are INCREDIBLE and the location can’t be beat. It really does feel like you’re living at a resort. They did a fantastic job with the design and the soundproofing is top notch. Such a lovely community with great amenities and very dog friendly!"
