Chief Hosa Lodge, located at 27661 Genesee Lane in Golden, Colorado, is a historic mountain lodge designed by architect Jules Jacques Benois Benedict in 1918. The lodge, named after a Southern Arapaho tribal leader, offers stunning views of the Continental Divide and features a beautiful stone and log construction. This National Historic Site is the perfect setting for a rustic Colorado wedding.

The lodge is available for rental year-round, with reservation requests accepted up to 365 days in advance. Nonprofit organizations may be eligible for a 50% discount on rental fees for activities benefiting the organization. Beer, wine, champagne, and hard alcohol can be served or sold at events held at the lodge.

Tours of the facility are open house style, and walkthrough appointments are available for those who have already booked an event. It is recommended to schedule a walkthrough 30-45 days before the event date. Appointments for tours and walkthroughs are posted online by the 25th of the current month for the following month.

"The staff was really welcoming and helpful on the phone and upon arrival, plus the facilities were a treat (showers, big bathroom area, a place to wash dishes, even WiFi). We stayed in a tent and found the prices comparable to the other campsites we’d stayed at on our road trip. The hiking trails around the site were beautiful to trot around in the morning, although we didn’t explore very far. Convenient location and great experience overall!"

"Very nice little lodge. Well run and clean. Not too far from Denver. My only complaint would be I70 is pretty close so when you are outside the venue there is a decent amount of noise pollution. Other than that it is a very beautiful spot and a nice venue."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful park! Ranger Rob went above and beyond to ensure our stay in the park was safe and enjoyable. His knowledge of the area made for a great hiking trip, and Ranger John took time to make all our kids Junior Park Rangers! The staff is awesome and the bathrooms and camping sites are very clean. We plan to stay here again."
