The Dove Inn

"Much needed getaway for this tired of mom of two toddlers. Only 30 min from home, I decided to take the time for myself - and I’m so glad I found the Dove Inn! It’s such a quaint little place, with beautifully decorated and updated decor and rooms. My room, the Aspen Suite, had a soaking tub with robes and local bath salts. Very comfortable large bed, private and quiet. Would love to go again with my husband!"

"I stayed at the Dove Inn for 1 night as a little staycation. I knew as soon as I walked it I was going to love it. There’s a large room communal with couches, tables, coffee bar, and full kitchen. My room, the Parisian Room, was at the top of the stars facing the front of the building. It had the most comfortable bed, bedding and pillows! The room also came equipped with a TV, private bathroom, chair placed in the front window perfect for reading, writing or enjoying beverage, and a cute little heater with fake flames. The room was so quaint and cozy. The kitchen and coffee bar are well stocked with multiple options for brewing coffee, tea, breakfast items, and beverages. The check in process was a breeze. The location couldn’t be better - just a block off of Main Street and about 2 blocks from the creek with was wonderful to walk along in the evening/morning. I ran into one of the owners, Theresa, and she was so very nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommend The Dove Inn!"

"The Dove Inn is fantastic! The shared kitchen and outdoor patio are spacious, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast is yummy. We stayed in the Aspen Suite, which was the most comfortable I've ever felt at a hotel. The bed, bathtub and cozy couch made us feel right at home. And the view of South Table Mountain was an added bonus. Loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants – even the hiking trails at South Table Mountain were only 0.6 miles away. A couple things to note: - There's no onsite parking, not even to drop off your bags, but there is street parking next to the building. - The friendly staff was only around during the day, so if you need something, don't wait until the evening."

"One of the oldest buildings in Golden. It’s been meticulously renovated. Extremely comfortable. Great support service. Very nice bed and sheets. The breakfast was great. You can walk to you about 40 bars and restaurants from it so it’s very very well located. Highly recommended."

"We fell in Love with the Dove Inn! Every room is charming! Perfect getaway! We enjoyed our short walk into Golden for dinner and spent a relaxing evening playing cards down stairs in the living room. The attention to detail is amazing. One of the best! Would definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely responsive. We mistakenly didn’t have one of our room codes and we were responded to with in minutes! Just wonderful!"
