"Stayed at a friends and took a shower around 1am ish- and there was (NO notice) ZERO hot water. Also; The air conditioning was off all night because they don't have control of it. (100 degree weather here btw) had to go home early/"
"NEVER RENT HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT!! AND KICK YOU OUT RIGHT WHEN YOUR LEASE ENDS!!! We Rented a Apartment Here for 6 months; and WE had to replace SEVERAL outlets because they were falling APART! and would not power things. We also had to repair the toilet because of the insides of it were LITERALLY RUSTED!, They upped the rent by $50!, Keep changing owners, and the WIRING PROMOTES FIRE HAZARD!!! First there was NO GFCI in the KITCHEN we put some there! we have had flickering lights happen when the lights in one room were on and the BATHROOM lights were on; On further investigations: the wiring connects to one room, the bathroom (which has a old GFCI), and the other room; and are all on the same breaker."
"They will scam you and use any means possible to cheat you out of any deposits while providing housing that is literally falling apart. If this is brought to their attention they automatically try to make it out as your fault and will charge you for everything they are supposed to cover according yo their own lease agreement."
