Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Junction

"I give honest reviews and would have to say I would avoid this motel if there are other rooms available at other locations. First we arrive after driving 9 hours only to be greeted by rude staff members who seem like they either don’t like their jobs or are only in this for the money. The check in was so awkward and I was tempted to leave and find another location due to this even though we pre booked the room prior to coming. Then I get into my room and you can tell quickly the cleaning staff holds the same mentality. The room was one of the worse rooms I have stayed in and I stay in a lot of rooms for work. Looks like the bedding hasn’t been changed in a long long time as you pull the blankets back and there is dirt scattered on the sheet underneath. The toilet was the worse part and I ended up not using it while I was here as there was crap smeared all over the base of the toilet and the toilet itself wasn’t even clean. Everything in this room was unplugged from the alarm clock, the phone, the tv and even the microwave. I should feel safe when staying in a business that usually has a strong name but I did not have that experience here. The pictures on the reviews and website are deceiving as the breakfast was not what it shows with the waffle makers being gone and they had cereal really with packages of oatmeal not what was shown. The rooms were gross and the only good thing about it remotely was location but honestly I would have went somewhere else if I would have known. I will from now on avoid this location as I come through again for work and fine something down the road and I suggest everyone else do the same."

"DONT STAY HERE!!! The absolute dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t see any bugs but there was definitely signs of bugs being present before. I’ve never not used a towel before after showering but both towels had these black stains on them. The comforter also had these black stains on them and I had to request a new one which also had more random stains on it so I gave up and didn’t use a blanket. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels in the past because I travel for work and I’ve stayed at plenty of Days Inn’s and I’ve never been in a hotel this gross. There are a lot better cheap hotels in the area but this one was the only one with rooms when I stayed."

"Always had a great experience here. The maintenance people Alyssa and Andy always do a great job making sure everything is running correctly and looks nice. I recommend staying here. Great service and people."

"This place has been our go-to forever. Last night I ask for a room with no road noise. Nic assigned 204 which is right by the road. When I said I wanted to change because Its next to the road he assured me it was quiet. It wasn't until we got in bed that we heard the LOUD traffic. We got very little sleep. They had plenty of rooms. I'm flabergested."
