"Completely gross. The room smelled bad with a sunken in bed. Booked the breakfast rate, ordered the same thing I always do: fruit and yogurt cups and hard-boiled eggs. The hard-boiled eggs were bad, yellowish, and smelled bad, inedible for sure. DO NOT STAY HERE"
"Alyssa (Lisa) the AM front desk worker and Jennifer the PM front desk worker are both wonderful. They both are friendly, helpful, attentive to every guest, and you can tell they are great at their jobs. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family."
"I've stayed at this location a couple of times and it's conveniently close to the airport for those early morning flights. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and inviting. The workout room is great too."
"If we were less tired, we would have found another place to stay. Someone had pooped in the toilet before our arrival or the toilet just wasn't cleaned. Quite the surprise. Some of the light fixtures looked smashed and didn't work. Beds were dirty enough for me to check the mattress for bedbugs, luckily I didn't find any. Location was good, though nothing around it. Got out of there and on the road as fast as possible. The front desk at night was very nice."
"Disappointing. There are better values out there ! Not very clean for Marriott standards. Hair left in bathroom and dingy. Expected better…unfortunately the staff have a “not my job” kind of attitude that post pandemic employees have the idea is acceptable. Could be better !"
