"My initial move in was a bit of a struggle. I do want to point out that their partnership with CenturyLink has GOT TO GO. I was trying to set up services with centurylink in my apartment for a month and even after trying to do it on my own it was still terrible. It finally got solved but it was not easy. My apartment smelled HORRIBLE upon move but after a week the smell has gone away. I had had to put in several maintenance requests since moving in and that is annoying. I will say I am only giving a 5 star review for their maintenance team especially LUIS! He is beyond amazing. He has responded to all of my requests in a timely manner and has been beyond amazing. I would make him in charge of the whole maintenance department at the complex. He has great customer service and is always in such a great mood."
"Johnny made it super easy for me to move into the apartment and gave great detail on what the floor plan would look like. He was also very friendly and would immediately sent work order requests whenever I needed. Luis was very handy with his work. He helped getting all of the work orders I requested to be finished as quickly as possible and was willing to get things done efficiently. He helped me fix the problems I had with the bathtub spouts, closet doors, thermostat, and laundry machine"
