"I lived at this property for 8 months because I ended up breaking my lease early, due to circumstances outside of the property but I would have moved anyways. During my time here, I had issues from day 1 of moving in. When I moved in, the electrical wasn't wired properly in the dining area, so I had no working light until the Monday after. Honestly, no big deal as maintenance was prompt in getting it corrected and there were plenty of other lights. A few days after I moved in, I went to do laundry to find that the washing machine was leaking and not draining properly, which prompted another call to maintenance. They came to "fix" the problem, which continued, so they had to get a replacement. I will say, they gave me access to another apartment (in another building) to do laundry during the time, but I didn't get a replacement for about a week. This was only the beginning. There were then issues with Xcel being transferred to this property so extra payments were made, which took months to get reimbursed from corporate. The largest issue was the air conditioning unit... during the hottest days of July last year. The first day I turned the AC on, it was blowing warm air out. I called to report it and they came to look at it, get another company come to look at it, and a part was "on order" for weeks. I went nearly the entire month of July in 95+ degree weather in a third floor apartment with afternoon sun with no air conditioning. I am the first to say that AC is a luxury and plenty of people go without it at all, however this is a "luxury" that I was paying for and expected to work properly. I also have a dog who couldn't be left in the apartment during the day while I was at work because of how hot it was, which caused an even greater inconvenience to my schedule and finances. The apartment did absolutely nothing to compensate me for this debacle. Maintenance was great though, and I received more response/communication from them than I had with management. If you want to speak with management it is nearly impossible to get anyone. I would have to go in person and still be avoided until I was persistent enough. They are always "in a meeting," conveniently. I am understanding that the problems don't begin or end at the office level and they probably deal with more unhappy people than happy ones, corporate is the greater issue but it is completely ill managed altogether. Some communication is better than being ignored. I write this because I moved out at the end of October, my move-out was processed at the beginning of November and I still haven't received my security deposit back after being told numerous times I would receive it 60-90 days after move out. I have contacted The Marks as well as corporate and nobody can "find information" or give me an answer. Still impossible to speak with a manager. The apartment was left in nearly immaculate condition from move in, other than nail holes in the walls which is not considered damage. It seems writing a review is the only way to get engagement from management staff. Outside of how awful the managing aspect was, the apartment was beautiful. I had a newly renovated one (which you wouldn't think considering all the issues, but it looked nice. Almost seems like it was never inspected prior to move in). The amenities were also all new, the gym was great, and the pool areas were really nice. If you're looking for aesthetic and don't care about management, then this is the place. Just don't have high expectations."

"Recently moved here. The Units are awesome. Maintenance staff great. But the lady who rented me the unit. I felt oversold the unit. She didn't give me the unit I requested. And also did not tell the truth about the extra fees. Now I'm locked into a 15 month lease, and out of alot of money. I love the neighborhood and area. But I don't like being lied to just for a sale. I feel totally cheated by the leasing office."

"If you want to speak the manager he's in a meeting until Thursday. I referred my sister to this complex as I've had clients that had very high regard for them. My sister did not get the apartment, which is a blessing if this is how management refuse to return calls or emails. They took her deposit in December and have yet to return it.. it's almost February. When calling, Faith and Rayne are rude and need customer service training, or just stop lying. Caleb the manager will not take calls and has been in a meeting for a month ,, hopefully he is learning how to run an honest operation. I've suggested my sister to seek legal action, to resolve the matter."

"I love living here! My floorplan is open and spacious and feels clean and modern with the new renovations. I have really lovely trees outside all my windows and its a mostly very quiet community. It definitely feels like home."

"AMAZING!! Love, love, love it here. Moving to CO from MI was pretty intimidating for me but all the staff and specifically Chris, the leasing manager, went so far above and beyond to ensure I was 1000% satisfied. Even going out of their way to make some last minute adjustments per my request. And they continue to impress me with their prompt communication and excellent service. The moment I stepped foot inside my new apartment, I knew I was home. I have a one bedroom apt and it feels very spacious and open. The new renovations are just WOW. A very lux feel to it. I have a ton of room for what I need and ample storage. Did I mention all the drawers soft close? They really thought about everything here. Everyone is so friendly. Access to amazing amenities. What you get for what you pay is unreal. I can't say enough good things about the Marks. I feel so lucky to call this my home."
