"This is a beautiful hotel. I love the valet covered area because it made getting into Lyft/Uber rides very easy when it was raining and snowing out. Their staff was pleasant. That said, any time I asked the staff for housekeeping to clean our room, get us more items like toilet paper, or bring us towels, they didn't do it at all except for once. That one time was when they brought us towels, but it wasn't at all for how many we asked for and it was a very long time before they came. They often didn't communicate our requests to their staff at all. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Room was okay. Purchased a spa package for my wife and I and it was extremely underwhelming for the price they charged. After we checked out, we noticed there were charges on our bill for an upgraded room that we never selected. When we got to the hotel, we did automatic check-in from the app and never Needed to check in at the front desk, which was nice. We got to a room. It was OK for what it was. When we contacted the hotel after we checked out, they mentioned that we selected an upgrade. We never selected that we never selected and we just asked for them to show us some screenshots as to where the box for that upgrade was checked on their site and they absolutely refused to do so. So now we need to go to our bank and push back against the charges. It’s only a few hundred bucks but it’s a hassle and as a diamond member I’m very disappointed in the way that this hotel handled the situation. I will say that the folks down at the restaurant downstairs were extremely nice."

"Don’t Bother Anymore Do Not Go – Skip this formerly worthy destination! The Hilton Inverness Denver was one of the last great Sunday brunch opportunities in the Denver metro area. We have reservations this Sunday , and they just called us (six days before) to tell us that the brunch buffet will no longer be serving seafood (including crab legs), prime rib, sushi, or special entrees. The carving station “may” have turkey breast. The bagel station “may” have smoked salmon and will not have any other smoked fish varieties. The “may occasionally” have a fresh waffle station. One week before my wife’s birthday brunch, they called me to say that their buffet has been reduced to a glorified version of what you can find at a budget motel. We only went to the buffet once or twice a year, but it was a worthwhile destination. Here is our clear message to Hilton management: “You ruined the buffet, and we will not be back until it is restored. This buffet has gone from a don’t-miss to a why-bother with one phone call.”"

"1. There was no one at the entrance when I arrived to help with luggage. I have mobility issues and I needed help. 2. I twice contacted the front desk via the app messaging feature and received no response. 3. In room dining was terrible. The cauliflower appetizer was so salty I had to throw it out. The second time I ordered, steak and fries, it was cold. All of it. Steak and fries were cold. And no plates or silverware. It came in a plastic bag like I went to a $1 a scoop Chinese restaurant. 4. Soaps and shampoo bolted to the wall like it is a prison. 5. No robe. I asked for one. No response. 6. I contacted guest services to try to get help with my luggage the day I checked out. They never answered. It rang and rang. I then contacted the front desk who said they were short staffed but they would send someone. They did not send anyone. On the whole this was a terrible stay. I would never stay here again. You should be ashamed you call this an actual Hilton branded property. I get better service at a Super 8."

"Very pleased with the hotel. Came here to recover after surgery and it has everything you need. Food is 10/10 from the room service to breakfast buffet. Fitness center, pool and spa are really nice. Staff was kind, pleasant and helpful. Only downside is they don’t offer very many suite options except for a one king bed one. Which I needed 2 queens. Otherwise a great hotel."
