"I brought my RAM 2500 into Johnson Auto Plaza for some warranty, recall and an oil change. They had my truck for 3 weeks, after getting my truck back home I realized I was missing 4 lugs on one wheel and 3 on the other. They had been over tightened and broke off. Truck has 19K miles. Johnson has no interest on correcting their mistake. Start away. I won’t be returning to their service center or be purchasing anything from them."
