"I had a great experience with Bullet. I had them do an inspection of the power steering on my car. They also did a general courtesy inspection, so that was nice to have that included for free. Just a heads up, they have two separate buildings for their Brighton location, which are located just down the street from each other. The main shop is on 6th Ave & Bridge but there's a smaller shop on 1st Ave & Jessup. They had me drop my car off at the Jessup location and pick it up at the Bridge location. You'll probably need to make an appointment a couple of days ahead of time (they seem to be very popular) and they ask that you drop off your vehicle as close to 8am as possible so that they have enough time to look at it on that day. I dropped my car off at 8am and they finished about 4 hours later. They texted me a link to the full analysis, the costs of each repair (parts & labor) and also included a submission form to approve or decline the repairs. I thought that was a great, efficient way of keeping the process going. They seem like a repair shop where hardcore car enthusiasts go, but also where even the most inexperienced car owners are welcome. I'm one of those inexperienced people, and I felt very comfortable working with them. Everyone there is super-friendly. An employee even gave me a ride when I mentioned I was on foot. I will definitely be coming back for any future diagnostics and repairs."
