"My oldest son passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident, I paid off his car 2013 Ford Focus that was well maintained and gave it to his brother. It just stopped working one day. Ford thinks it was struck by lightening, but not sure. We had it towed it to Brighton Ford. They have had the car for a freaking year. They are replacing parts left and right without approval. At this point, they told us it's $8,000 (which is more than the car is worth) they had approval from my son for $2900 worth of repairs and they still don't have it working. Now, they expect us to pay for all the work that hasn't fixed the car. They keep saying the next part will fix it, for like 7 parts at the tune of 8 grand.. seriously? They lie about everything and really don't know what they are doing...but expect us to pay for their incompetency and so we are stuck. We can't get the car back without paying for all the so called repairs. They totally took advantage of our son and now we don't have the car that belonged to my late son. They keep giving us excuse after excuse buying more and more time at our expense. I am in tears and have never been treated so rude in our lives. I urge you not to take your vehicle here for repairs unless you don't want your car back for a long time or like us maybe never at all."

"If it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment to scan a code on a new truck with 400 miles on it but FORD will email you what the code was saying is bad why does it then take this place 2 or 3 days to look up the same code on the computer! an OBD scanner tells you the code in a few seconds! Why would you knot just make the appointment for the time the Tech can scan it? If I wanted to but a 90k truck to sit on your lot for no reason I would have done that."

"My Raptor was experiencing the dreaded “cold start rattle” for the 2nd time. I called several Ford dealers near me, and no one could get me in sooner than 2 weeks, and then leave it for 7 to 10 days before they would diagnose the cam phaser issue. I called Brighton Ford, spoke with Kevin Casey, and he got me an appointment for 2 days after I called him. Kevin was very accommodating, professional & personable. Kevin got me a loaner vehicle as soon as possible, and kept me up to date with the status of my truck. My truck was repaired and returned to me faster than I could even get an appointment to drop it off at any other dealership. My truck drives great now, and the cam phaser replacement was a success. Thank you to Kevin & the Technician that repaired my truck, keep up the great work! I believe I have found my new repair facility, and it’s worth the 33 mile drive for the service I received."

"There's a reason for the stars they have... probably my worst experience EVER at a dealership! I told them what was wrong with my car and asked them to fix the heat/AC issue. I dropped the car off Friday morning and asked for an update on Monday afternoon. I got an instant response, so I know the guy didn't have to go ask, he already knew but didn't want to give me the update until I asked. He told me that everything I told them about the car was correct, that they couldn't fix it, and that I owed them $210. For doing nothing. Then, I go pick up the car, and the bill is $463, and the car has a flat tire!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!"
