"To be honest, I wish I could put zero stars. Back in July 2022 my husband went to Js to see if he could have some engine repairs on his truck. Without hesitation the owner said he could complete the work in 2 weeks. After three weeks, my husband reached out to see if he could get an update on his vehicle. The owner stated that it would take one more week and there would be no issues having it to him by then. Little did we know this would turn into a year of us reaching out for numerous updates and being completely ghosted by the owner now. Not to mention that his shop got shut down and he moved all the working vehicles over to his personal property (WITHOUT US KNOWING) for weeks on end as well. Now we are being told that he has another shop to be opened in Brighton, and he has yet to give us the address of where our vehicle is being held at. At this point, we do not know what to do since the owner never answers phone calls, texts, or a location to even show up at!! All we want is our vehicle back and to stop having the run around from this place..."
