"My spouse and I were in the store looking for some items we asked for help, and the woman in the front desk didn’t seem interested in helping us. Throughout the whole time in the store, they were judging us. She was very rude and being that I work customer service myself that’s not the way you treat people at all. I would never recommend anybody go to the store."
"Terrible service at this location. They refuse to honor the price match guarantee that is clearly posted on their corporate website. When I asked for an explanation, the manager refused to speak to me about the price match policy and why they could not honor it. I called the corporate customer service number and they took care of me right away though."
"I simply couldn't get any service here. I waited for 20 mins before just giving up. Just wanted to try my shoes on before i buy them, because them retro shoes sometimes tight. 5 different people approached me as if I was stealing, not a single person could be bothered to bring any shoes up. Pretty sure they were top flight security. Just hire a salesperson for the customers, because the shoe scanning system is faulty. Quit following the walmart model. They got me with the deals Ill tell you, they have every Jordan in every size. Six rings were on "sale" so I waited longer than I should've. Yall should know that people camp out just for vouchers in the south and Jordan's sell out immediately. We usually buy them marked up at an independent store. Yall running this store with full stock is crazy to me, but yall make it so difficult to buy shoes that I can kinda see it. That broken mannequin piled on top of the Lukas was ridiculous especially with the manpower yall are paying for."
