"I generally love my experiences at this location but… not so much now. I apologize for not remembering the manager’s name but she always greets me like an old friend. She was not there today, however, and I feel like that completely altered my perception of this store. It’s sad that it takes such scrutiny for employees at some places to act like they care and that felt like the case today. I came in to discuss Lululemon’s “quality promise” and was met with an extremely robotic and non-helpful response. I explained that my sweatpants tore after a month, due to the slightest amount of friction from standing up on a gym mat. The employee (don’t know his name, don’t care. Don’t want to directly call anyone out) immediately told me that is “user error” and that they only cover seams. He didn’t even offer to look at them. I didn’t want to argue but I do not understand at all how damage from a completely regular motion is not covered by a “quality promise”. Sounds like that speaks directly to the quality of your items. Especially after a month of ownership and rare use. He just kept reiterating the idea of “user error” and it was extremely irritating. He even went out of his way to explain that they wouldn’t cover “a runner tripping and falling on asphalt”. That isn’t even remotely close to what happened. Again, I refuse to argue with people over such trivial things… so I left. I figured out that I can fill out a replacement request online and I did so. I was not made aware of this being an option. I feel like it’s better to try than not do anything at all but they, clearly, do not care. I found it peculiar that there are replacement request reasons on the form beyond “seam damage” and “pilling”, which he suggested were the only acceptable ones. Such a robotic and unhelpful encounter. I have worked in customer service for years and I would be extremely disappointed if I handled that scenario the way he did. (Oh, also. I loved how he said “I’m sorry we couldn’t help you more today.” Dude… you didn’t help me at all.)"

"Leaving a 5 star review because of the exceptional customer service we received a few days ago. The manager handled our multiple, complicated transactions with kindness and patience, while she was also training a few newer staff and helping other customers. She went above and beyond to help us and is probably training the other employees to be just as exceptional."

"Store does not stock short sizes on pants I was looking at. Store does not stock any bathing suits or shorts with longer leg lengths. Does not answer the phone, so I could not call ahead and wasted my time. Answer the phone. This is a business, come on."

"I recently visited the Lululemon store at flatiron mall and my experience was a bit disappointing. The store is quite small, and they have a limited selection of products compared to the one in Boulder. I would recommend checking out the Boulder location for a better shopping experience with a wider range of options. That's where I plan to go next time."
