"Tatiana at the Clinique skin care counter is very knowledgable and helpful. She will give you assistance in skin tone matching for your foundation. Her other suggestions for products were solid as well. The other associates in the store provided good service as well, esp. pick up/returns desk, and fine jewelry. Only issue? Watch your receipts for accuracy, and check small packages to make sure the item is actually inside! Check online pick-up purchases as well. I endured a few issues, but they were fixed graciously. The beauty manager Rashesh is the best!"
"Sales associates are nice but I think there's only 3 in the whole store. There aren't carts or baskets so when I select items I would like to purchase It's difficult to have to carry them around while trying on shoes or anything else. It's like a high class thrift store but even goodwill provides shopping carts. No help with finding anything. It's disorganized and you have to look through the whole store to get a cashier. Frustrating."
"What a SAD experience Macy’s has become! Frankly the entire story looks like it is going out of business in the fast lane. I strolled through, thinking I might find a dress for my sons wedding. (Admittedly, it has been over 15 years since I’ve been in a Macy’s). The dress department looked like a collection of Carnival costumes. The rest of the store was simply, empty of employees and looked abandoned. Yikes!"
