"Worse customer service from Manager. Took in a Nike zoom shoe that we didn't own for longer than 3 weeks to return due to the shoe popping. The Manger said although it was purchased from Footlocker, 3 weeks ago, I have to go through Nike. Called another Footlocker and spoke with the manager and he happily helped me with the exchange. Nothing but a bunch of lazy people working there!"
"My son wears size 13 and has wide feet. We constantly struggle to find shoes his size. I am pretty sure that George went in the back and got every pair of size 13 they had. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Kid got the shoes he needs and I could not be happier with the service that was provided. Will try here first from now on."
