"Luis is a good guy, my truck needed a frame with special measurements, he kept looking and never give up to find the right one so he can do the job right , he fixed my truck like a pro he did a very good job , Luis is the best if you want an excellent mechanic he is your guy."
"Beware of the owner Luis he is a theif! Our company hired him to fix a rear main seal on one of our units when he was performing the job he called us to let us know the clutch was bad , we agreed to get a new clutch $2200.00 when we picked up the unit we broke down in colorado springs truck was towed when it arrived to dealer 2 days later mch tell me i have a used clutch rear main was not installed properly and the oil they used was not the right one total bill was $3300.00 my legal team asked for evidence of the new parts he installed and he provided fake invoices my legal team made his bank refund me i was lucky , but watch out this guy covers him self with his llc and keeps robbing people !"
"If you can run from this guy Luis do it with out looking back, it’s the worst workshop ever you can deal with them he is a lair, manipulator and not honest, my truck is at his his shop is now for 2 months with out any progress every time and every time a new lie and new thing . Please avoid this guy and this shop"
"Came in for an overhead Valve Adjustment on my Cummins X15 and an Oil Change on a Monday. Luis handled it as if I were at KW or at Rush truck center. Very professional, great communication, and he gave me great advice regarding some other concerns I had on my Kenworth. Thank you very much to you and your mechanics for getting me out on the same day. Happy Holidays from Ferrer Logistics!"
"If I can give this guy a negative I would! Avoid this place! Talked to Luis told him the things I needed done he told me he can get them done. 3 weeks later did absolutely nothing! He even started to avoid my phone calls had to call him from different phone numbers just to get in touch with him! Waste of time! Go with someone else that is actually willing to do the work and not waste your time and money!"
