"I will never go back. First physical the NP had someone else's file and started to tell me everything looked great and what my levels were. I was like, "what do you mean? I didn't have blood drawn??" 2nd, No blood draw orders prior so I had to come back for the blood draw after waiting around the first time. THEN, NP was supposed to order a view of my stomach due to a hernia I pretty much sure I have. She ordered an MRI. Not an Ultrasound. $$$$!!! When I asked why I didn't get the right order for images the answer never addressed the question and just explained what an MRI vs an Ultrasound was and the response was sent through the portal. Never a call to explain or talk about it! PLUS based on the wrong scan, sensitive and important health information was sent to me over the portal (not an email, not a phone call) and I didn't see it until scheduling my 3rd physical a year later! 3rd physical...Didn't have the blood draw order (again) and any requests I made during the visit have not been addressed and I've sent many inquiries through the portal (since that seems to be the method of sending health and devastating news) - NO response. There's more... but I think that's enough for now. Do not go there."
