"I highly recommend to stay away from John Flores/TBI Insurance. We switched to him 2 years ago. At first all was fine. Then we experienced several lapses in response. We just found out that he did not do his job, and cover one of our assets through insurance. John kept changing his story, and could not keep the facts and timelines correct. At end of the day, because John did not do his job, there is a lapse in our coverage and policy. He claimed he sent us a quote, and since we did not respond, the fault is on us. However, this quote was from the wrong year. I do not have any record of this supposed quote, John claimed he sent. So, I contacted the Insurance company John claimed had sent the quote. This Insurance company notified me that they do not have any record that they prepared a quote for us."
