They immediately came out with attitude and told me they only had size xxl scrubs, to get changed and go back to the lobby and wait another 20 minutes. This whole hour not a single patient was seen. I finally had to reschedule and leave. SpineOne does a good job but these folks have done areas of improvement"

I had no clue that I was claustrophobic even with the (obviously) new open ended machines; Terry was very patient and even had some tricks to help me feel comfortable! "I had a good overall experience getting an MRI here---everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly, the facility is nice, and when I asked they gave me a digital copy of my MRI. I'm knocking a star off though, because when I took my MRI results to another specialist not affiliated with this company or SpineOne upstairs to get a second opinion, he said the the resolution of the MRI machine wasn't great, which made the results somewhat blurry."
