Mica was in communication from start to finish with and communicated through WhatsApp with pin's on where the drivers had parked as Cardiff was very busy the day we hired them. “Amazing company, i rarely use taxis but i was going out, booked a taxi with b and c but the taxi didnt show up however when i called the owner was so apologetic. It was a new driver and he was lost. The owner personally left the office to pick me up and took me to my destination he was a great guy and he didnt charge me a penny for my journey. Top guy and top service highly recommended.”

“I'd give this company 10 stars if I could, one of the best customer experiences I have ever received. My family and I were stranded at a service station needing engine coolant to use the car. We rang the company and asked for pick up to go to Halfords 5 miles away. The person on the phone offered to pick up the coolant and bring it to us, trusting we would pay for it on arrival and the taxi fee. When gentleman arrived he advised on coolant, actually put it in for us and stayed to ensure the car was ticking over without complication. How's that for customer service! “Tidy place to get loaded sorted quick warehouse boys are good as gold, don't think I would ever drive for them though because of the 4-6 hour interview. Seem a good company apart from that.”

“After a quick phone call the lady in the booking office was able to supply me with exactly the type of car I needed. It was a really nice Mondeo estate car with plenty of room for the friends I had to pick up and their large suitcases. Picking up the car quick and easy just had to supply my licence and a utility bill as proof of identity. The lady in the booking office and myself then checked the car over for any damage before the car was handed over to me. The whole transaction was done in less than 24 hrs. The prices are very reasonable and they work on a 24hr leasing system, this meant that I was able to pick up the car at 10am Thursday but didn't have to return it until 10am Saturday. Drop off was just as easy just had the car checked over and signed to say I had returned it in good condition. Excellent company to deal with!”
