“First time I’ve walked into Bing Lee belconnnen and I now ask myself why on earth did I put with the shocking service down the road at the good guys?? After experiencing one of the most rudest and disrespectful retail experiences, I then experienced one of the best from David. Absolute legend - his service & knowledge definitely resolved my issue immediately and sold me a unit that was fit for purpose and had me on my way in next to no time. Extremely quick, knowledge and great customer experience albeit the store was extremely busy for a Saturday lunch time. Kudos to the Bing Lee team and David - I will definitely be back and never shopping down the road.Thank you!”

Confirmed the price of the sheets, they weren't on sale however, the store manager went above and beyond to help us get the best price for the sheets sets. She listened to us and made sure we were happy with the price saving.”
