Let me put an emphasis on the Customer Service and the Coffee - that was such a beautiful experience. When it started to get busy, they still delivered top quality service. “We had our wedding in Sunday in Canberra. They have prepared everything for us from decorations to food and cake. All we can say is we had an amazing time and everything is perfect. 10/10. It made our special day extra special. The cake is just perfect and is very delicious. All our guests enjoyed everything especially the cake and the coffee. The cake has been the talk in the office for awhile. The presentation of the food and the decorations are on point. Worth every penny we paid. It is indeed a good value. We will definitely celebrate more milestone in our lives with this cafe.”

“A long-time favourite of our family. Not many cafes/bistros come with their own kids playground, and this one has a child-proof gate, so the adults can get some respite. The goldfish and koi in the pond are looking well-fed. Easy parking, friendly service, and consistently great food. The chefs here seem to really care about their work.”

“Been here twice in January 2022 and October 2022. The club looked clean, open and modern from when I walked in. The reception did all they could to make me feel welcomed. Even offered me a portable phone charger. Lots of options for people from all walks. I had lunch with hot chocolate and dessert first visit and second visit just lunch plus played pokies. The lunch servings was amazing and a good array of options. The staff were friendly and courteous. I really like the club.”

“Had diner with the family, love the greasy food, one of those places you go to be naughty. It's all in the name and having gone multiple times you always walk away with the thought of eating too much fat. You order using online ordering which sort of bothers me, due to it asking to tip your service and i feel tips come after service not before. Would reccomend for you who love the greasy style burger.”

“There are hundreds of places in Canberra that claim to have “the best coffee in town”, but there is only one place that I know of that claims to have the “second best coffee in town”! Nestled near the light rail stop in Gungahlin is a amazingly awesome empanada joint that has me reminiscing of grandma’s cooking with every bite of their food. The food is locally made and fresh (few places can claim that nowadays), with a huge range of empanadas including vegetarian and vegan. I have yet to meet an empanada I didn’t like, and I’ve nearly tried them all! They have a regular menu as well with quite possibly the best waffles in town from a choice of sweet to savory. They have an all day menu as well, but if you’re fortunate enough to come on a weekend you’re treated to a special on the menu that hails from somewhere in Latin America that is absolutely delicious. Andre, the owner, is very welcoming and engaging and will happily help anyone out who is trying out empanadas for the first time. La Empanada has a great family feel, and even though their title for Second Best Coffee is undisputed, I personally feel they’re a contender for the best in Canberra.”

“If you are looking to join a dance studio I’d definitely recommend Pointe2Pointe. When I first joined Pointe2Pointe everyone was so welcoming and didn’t judge me at all. They made me feel very welcomed and so did the teachers. They all have helped me to be a better person and dancer and always are there to encourage and support you. Personally that’s what I look for in a dance studio. I’d definitely recommend Pointe2Pointe for any age interested in joining dance.”
