“Honest, trustworthy, reliable.. and they give GOOD VALUE! I was given a quote at another business for replacing front and rear rotors and pads on my small sedan. I had been quoted a four digit price at a swish looking glamour service centre in Tuggeranong.. I decided to check with ACT Brakes and Automotive in Phillip - and over the phone they gave me a price that was 40% CHEAPER than the mob in Tuggeranong. To top it off, they were so flexible - allowing me to drop the car off late Monday afternoon as I had a work commitment first thing Tuesday... They phoned me before lunch Tuesday to say the car was ready - - and they honoured the quote. They fitted quality parts ( rated in the top three brands of brake pads in Australia ) . I am VERY HAPPY with this long standing, reliable business. They may not have the glamorous shiny new shop front, but they have the good old-fashioned customer service, work ethic and are just damned good at what they do!”
