“Kristy the owner of Isabels Dog Grooming is very friendly. I asked A LOT of questions, and there was a lot of back and forth before I finally booked my two Frenchies in for their trial doggy daycare session. I have to say Kristy was very patient with me. I am an anxious dog parent. I feel like the set up at Colbee Court is safe for dogs. Several doors between the dog area and the road. Ample free parking outside. The door facing the street opens to a shared lobby and there is an internal door to the reception of Isabels Dog Grooming, then there is another door where the dogs go through to the grooming / day care area. Saturday, Sunday and Monday is set up as outdoor daycare. Drop off is either at Colbee or a house in Chifley (depends on the day, but both are close to each other). The house has a fully enclosed garden and the dogs have the run of a few rooms in the house. There are several gates at the house too. The house is very close to a reserve and the dogs get a one hour walk on leash before being released into the garden to play. I was sent a few photos 3/4 of the way through the day which was reassuring. The quirky thing about this dog daycare / grooming place is I can’t seem to call them, one can only email or text message the business. Reply can be up to 24 hours, so plan accordingly. I can’t comment on the grooming as I only used the day care service. My dogs are going to daycare tomorrow (indoor only at Colbee Court on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). Drop off and pick up is any time between 8am and 6pm. Apparently they will be able to play with about 12-20 dogs during the day. It is good for me as I live close to Colbee Court and Kristy seems responsible and was very friendly.”

My puppy now attends the specialised daycare and she gets so excited when I am out the front about to drop her off. She is exhausted by the end of it, and the staff working here are all great! “I’ve boarded my cat, Sushi, with Best Friend Pet Centre multiple times, for stats of 1 night up to 2 weeks, and she is always treated with the utmost care. She’s such a needy thing, but the team always go the extra mile to keep her safe and happy and covered in cuddles. She always comes home happy (a little extra needy, but that’s to be expected!) and healthy. 10/10 recommend every time.”

Mel fitted me in and even rang my old groomer to find out how she'd cut Leroy. “Absolutely amazing!! I had my 11 month old male German shepherd who was extremely shy and nervous. I was very impressed from the first phone call where they asked a lot of questions about Atlas and what he was and wasn't scared of and his experiences. They recommended a 3 seek stay and board. During his stay they gave updates about how he was progressing and their training progress. Our main goal was helping him in new situations. He has just got home and the proof is in the results, their staff know their stuff! They took amazing care of my boy and have made so much progress. Not only in confidence but crate training and other commands. I am going to follow up with obedience classes with the team (mostly so I am doing the right things). Will use again and highly recommend. One very happy puppy and owner ❤️”

“We have been bringing our puppers to Central Bark for a few years now. We are booked in for 6 weekly grooms (for the most part) throughout the year. I can not speak highly enough of Deb's team. Our border collies are always groomed to an impeccable standard each time and the staff are always professional and wonderful to deal with. They adore pups but genuinely care about the hoomans attached to them too. Quite frankly id be lost without them. Mel, Jen, gorgeous Shelby and the the rest of the team are just fantastic. Always a great communication, check-in and check-out experience and the dog always comes out looking great. The staff are excellent and are great with the dogs. Our dog is a cocker spaniel and she gets pretty shaggy between cuts, but we've been very happy with all our grooming appointments since we started getting them done.”

“Recently, my wife and I went to Canberra for a short trip and decided to bring our cats Pumpkin and Milky along with us (Pet housing is so expensive these days). At our friend's house, they decided he wanted to go exploring outside into the mud. We cleaned them as best we could but they both decided they didn't want to be cleaned. So, at our friend's recommendation we went to Lazzzypaws. The shampoos they used were not only gentle on the fur and skin, but we're also environmentally friendly due to no sulphates. I regret not taking some before photos but here's some pictures of them, after getting cleaned and back to where we were staying. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the area.”
