"Terrible. This is the second time they have screwed over my friend. For reference, she is a small female who doesn’t know anything about cars. They have tried pressuring her into unnecessary changes and have threatened to keep her car if she doesn’t request an oil change that was just done a week before. Now they did an oil change on her car and messed up the alternator. It was not messed up beforehand. I always check her car beforehand and do small maintenance for her. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Came here 3 weeks ago for them to “fix” my tire valve stems that all were leaking AGAIN, and have been giving me issues only since I bought brand new tires from them May 2021. Only 3 weeks ago and I have to come back in for the same issue. I bought new tires so I would avoid future problems since my tires were worn out. Never had problems before. These new tires have given me nothing but grief. Valve stems are leaking yet AGAIN. At this point I want a refund for the tires so I can take my money elsewhere and get this resolved once and for all. Their customer service was on point and that’s about the nicest thing I can say about Firestone. At least they are nice at this location."
