"Had a very unfortunate experience with Tyler the assistant manager. Went in to get a replacement battery and was denied because his system wouldn’t let him. 2nd battery in a year and a half and they refuse to do something about it. Very disappointed in the products and lack of customer service"

"There us one of the staff that was helpful (don't know his name) the rest were idiots. Ordered parts Saturday , were supposed to be Monday. Monday was told wrong parts came in, correct parts would be in Tuesday. Tuesday went to pickup parts, wrong parts. Was told they another one coming in later that day. No word for 2 days. Called and put on hold for 9 minutes , then disconnected. Went to get refund for this fiasco and low and behold they had the parts there . Not shopping this store again. Store on Harding has knowledgeable staff that communicate with their customers."
