"Con artists that do not stay true to their word & tried to steal money from me. They tried to charge me $270 extra on there initial diagnostic fee; they originally told me it would be $90, then 4 days later when I came in for my appointment they tried to charge me $360 for a diagnostic? & then they tried to charge me $430 extra on the replacement itself? It took me calling up my bank, showing them the receipts, having my bank send them Duncans Automotive a letter, & me threaten to take them to small claims court to get my money back. I will not be back to this place & I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. My experience was horrible & it was blatantly obvious that they tried to scam me."

"Always honest, reasonable and fair. I was quoted over $1k for some repairs at a local AAA repair shop. I took it to Duncan’s for a 2nd estimate. And without telling them what the other estimate was. They came back at 1/2 the cost. They always do great work. And I will continue to take my vehicles there"
