Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Absolutely disgusted and appalled by this restaurant and their management. Today I placed an order online and when I went to pick up 1st thing was order was not ready, I had to wait until the “manager” Rafael prepared it. While he was preparing my food and my kids food he decides to get his phone from his back pocket (using the gloves he is using to prepare my meal) then puts it right back and continues to work on our food. He contaminated everyone’s food today. Ecoli and other illnesses are real. I canceled my order but not before telling him what was wrong, he brushed it off, no apology and did not feel the need to explain himself. He said to call the 800 number to get my refund. I can see now why I always get food poisoning when I come here and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fact that he is part of the leadership team and is okay with preparing food this way just tells you that they don’t hold any good standards in their restaurant. Be careful eating here, I am not the only one who’s gotten sick here. I will also be reporting to the health department."

"As usual for chipotle we had to ask them to give us more of everything. They try to serve less than what the recipe calls for, even lettuce for a meat only salad. Then they were out of salad dressing. Really?!"

"Terrible experience at this location through the digital pickup line. Food was cold and 35 minutes late. Spent over $50 for a disappointing dinner. Our white rice was plain (missing cilantro) and the crispy tacos were soggy and falling apart."

"Well how should input this I usually love Chipotle bit thus one here in yucaipa needs some staff trying as you can see in presentation of my meal this night it looks absolutely terrible I understand it's getting to closing but the young guy serving the food either needs training or a manager needs to he present for QC to ensure the consistency of what's being served and how the guys that was placing items in bowl had no type of customer service friendly Ness at all prior to me the customer before he was a complete chatter box full blown conversations and the gentleman checking me out kept call me bro like ok I understand you wanna be friendly but I definitely am not your brother I am a customer and need to be treated as such I am been In the customer service field for over 15 years and would in food services as well for 5 years in the Quality Control is A1 this spot here needs a complete overhaul of either training or staff in general to better Chipotle"
