"Went through the drive through and got a big salad and a piece of French bread. The salad bowl was too stuffed into the container. The bread was thrown into the bag without being put in wax paper or a small paper bag. Totally disgusting. I won't be going back"
"I used to go to different locations a lot but it seems the flavors might have a bit of a change. The chicken soup I didn't care for anymore it used to be my favorite, the steak and cheese sandwich had no meat and way to much sauce couldn't taste anything other than that super tangy or zesty whatever it was. Broccoli and cheese soup was good and the Mac and cheese broccoli kind tasted just like the soup with pasta but sadly the pasta was over done, bread was hard, chips were really good and so was the turkey BLT wasn't skimpy at all. That muffin chocolate chip cookie thing was just like a fluffier cookie not bad. Oh and lastly the soda tasted like mostly carbonated water. I had to save to take my kids here I'm sad it was such a disappointment. The seating inside and out is nice. It took a good few mins for some to take my order. Looked like the manager was there or some people of importance but still it took forever and everyone disappeared after the conversation they were having. Wish I would of gotten a receipt. Over 50 bucks almost 60 to just to be hungry and disappointed."

"Food is as expected per any much any Panera. The indoor seating area is not good all. While clean, it's stark. It's not modern cold, but a cross from an 80's McDonald's and an old Dunkins donuts. Missing the warmth of older Paneras like the one in Redlands."
"This new, Yucaipa, CA location is clean and organized. They have a rapid pick-up drive thru lane but the concept isn't up to par yet as you still have to wait in line behind approximately one or two cars near the window. To go ludicrous speed, walk-in and get your order via in-person rapid pick-up after you order it through the Panera app or one of the many kiosks. Superb food, coffee, and service. Highly recommended."
