"Very disappointed with my order . To start they got my order wrong. I didn't receive what I ordered . One of the pizza's were soggy , very thin , stuck to the box when I tried to pull a slice out . I can't believe the managers would even let the order leave like that"

"Complete jerk offs work here i wont come back! I’ll go to papa John’s with this freakin guys treatment ! I said do you have any hot and ready pizza and he said yes but only pepperoni because i said i wanted one pep one cheese so i said ok just give me two pep since they are ready then he says ok it’ll be about 10-15 wait . I’m like uhh? Then can i have one and one pep and cheese and he said oh you’ll have to place another order i said you know what forget it so we are waiting 20 min and they give me my order with only ONE PIZZA and i say i ordered two pizzas the girl in the back was like oh well Receipt only says one! Then the guy that took my order was like oh man my fault it’s been a long day i thought you said one pizza it’s my fault if you wait around another 10 minutes I’ll probably just give you the pizza for FREE so we wait with my two kids for another 10 minutes and then he asks me to pay for the pizza ! What am i gonna say no? So i pay and he hands me the pizza 5 minutes later saying see wasn’t that bad of a wait and laughs and walks away. Rude disrespectful and shouldn’t have a job ! Absolutely unacceptable i can’t even freakin believe it."

"Often accosting energy. The staff is all over the place and at times seem to avoid working the counter. Their pizza portal has been broken or not functional the last three times I visited which in itself is not an issue but staff routinely ignores people walking in. I work in customer service so I totally understand how understaffed and stressful it can be but at the same time it’s been a really horrible experience. Today I walked in to pick up our online order and after taking my name to find the order, the person behind the counter walked around yelling my name and repeated this 10-15 times. He was unable to find my order the first time and then repeatedly asked if my order would be under another name, which it wouldn’t be as I placed it with my app and with my card. The manager seemed barely interested in helping him resolve this issue in a timely manner and he finally located my pizza in one of the other pizza portals he hadn’t bothered to check initially. Overall the interaction was super uncomfortable. The order itself is also incorrect which is disappointing to say the least. This is my most recent experience but unfortunately it’s been unpleasant almost every time I’ve gone. The food however, hits the spot."
