"By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life... We ordered inside and it took over 25 minutes to get our order, and then once it was ready it sat there for a few minutes so I went up and asked to it. The people working here are all super slow. The girl taking orders kept dropping people's change and asking the ramen questions over and over like for here or to go and repeating there orders 5 or 6 times because she kept messing it up. It was kind of entertaining to watch, several people made comments saying that this McDonald's is always like that. It was our first time."
"Waited 15 min in drive-thru and line did not move. Asked the girl that brought an order out to a car, ‘can you send the manager out, this line has been stopped & Im stuck between 2 cars’. She said no & gave me a dirty look. I called about 6 times, but nobody answered the phone from inside. Ppl slowly got out of line & I went to Carls Jr. This is not the 1st time this McDonalds was horrible."
"Drive through - food instantly Sit inside - food maybe? The drive through line was long so I went inside to order and I think the drive through would have ended up being faster. Not an amazing experience indoors. Took over 20 min to get a simple combo."
"It has good food and good service. However I gave 1 star because of another customer ruining my day at McDonald's. I was at the playground area because I just wanted to make my childhood come back to me. Then before I left, the man made their kids go in the car and then he came back just to wait for me which is creepy. I haven't done anything wrong but the arguing became wild. I never wanted things to end up like this all because I wanted to do something that made me happy."
"There is always an extremely long line and there are parking places behind where the line is so people who dare to park there have almost no chance of getting out of there parking place. The food is a bargain but you know what they say "you are what you eat". Customer service is usually friendly and helpful...once you finally make it through the long line that is. I'm including pictures of the parking you want to avoid because of the lines that are always very long. If you park there you will never get out."
