Partnering with The Long Beach Housing Development Corporation, Jamboree took on the challenge of revitalizing three severely blighted and crime-infested buildings in the Central Long Beach Redevelopment Project Area. The extensive renovation of Collage Apartments resulted in a modern property with beautiful landscaping that significantly improved the physical environment of the surrounding neighborhood in Los Angeles County. The structures were reconfigured to create larger floor plans suitable for families, while enclosed garage spaces and a new community room promote a sense of community among residents.

This project, valued at $200,000, was funded through a collaboration between the Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine, the Long Beach Redevelopment Agency, and other local funds.
