"This area is supposed to be family friendly?? There's homeless everywhere, and it smells like urine at every turn. The sidewalks are so bad my knee scooter was caught on cracks and uneven concrete so many times that a bolt broke, and my scooter was useless. It's only a month old and has been used a few times since my surgery 5 weeks ago. I will never go back to this area! Absolutely disgusting and unsafe!"
