"I paid $300 for a service that we didn’t even receive. Made reservations then I got an email confirming the next week which we wouldn’t be there since we were visiting. I’ve sent countless emails and calls and apparently “Lena” is the only person in charge of this. What poor execution of business to treat customers that way"

"The halibut and duck leg were great! The apps were meh; the crème brûlée is pretty standard. However, I would strongly recommend getting the 3-D animation to tie more with the specific food prepared than a generic somewhat silly story. But I guess if the restaurant wants to change the dishes, then that means changing the animation which would jackup the cost. But it would be worthwhile to do; talk about the origin of the dish, where and how the coconut milk were processed; this is a great opportunity to give the food presented some context. It doesn’t need to be preachy but just focus on the development, preparation, and up the stream on the source of the ingredients."

"$270 for a dinner for two (which was ok) and a cartoon “dinner show”. The “show” was a distracting joke. Lots of childish potty humor. Not worth the money we spent!"

"Friendly staff, and a unique experience. The 3d portion was fun but I got a little nautious from the animations. The worst part was the food that was pretty well presented but really not tasty and if they were running on food alone it would close quickly. For example they make a big deal about spices at one point then the next dish tastes like hospital food with no salt and only a bit of bitter tumeric."
