"Writing this on behalf of my parents who had Drapinski install multiple TV & audio systems...and then never followed up. The initial install was 2 years ago and despite repeated attempts to contact Drapinksi and get someone to complete the promised service follow-up, it has never happened - EVEN when Drapinkski schedules someone to come, they don't show up. So now my aged parents are struggling to even run their own TV and streaming services, which, let's face it - aren't always intuitive, because they never received final set up or instruction from the people they paid to help them. Really disappointing."
