"I last gave habit burger 5 stars but now it seems like it has changed for the worse. It took 20 minutes for my order of 2 burgers and french fries. I wasn't the only one, 6 others were standing around looking equally irritated. Char Burger has changed in content or maybe the way it is being constructed. Last visit it was more compressed and didn't have quite the same flavor. Sad to see good restaurants go bad. Also, you cannot order unless you use their kiosk. A great way to alienate customers. No customer service or support which is terrible considering the prices."
"We came through the drive thru and the lady was extremely disrespectful to us while ordering. Then she told us to go wait in the front for someone to take out our food. (no problem) then another 10 minutes goes by so I have to go in and get it. Not only was the lady rude when I went in, I had to go in for our missing items multiple times after that. Then she made me poor my own drink which was also missing. I love The Habit but I have never had an experience like this. She told me different names when I tried to confirm it…Estrella, Iliana, not sure her name. Wearing black, mole by her eye, heavier set girl."
"Habit food is always delicious but i am absolutely appalled with the customer service today. Came through the drive thru with my family and were almost instantly given an attitude. That lady needs to be sent to the kitchen or to clean toilets if she’s that miserable."
"Tried ordering on Postmate at first, the order got canceled twice. Went in person to ask why and turns out that orders over $100 can only be made in person or by phone. Saved about $45 going in person instead of delivery. Order of 9 burgers, 7 sides, 2 drinks, and a shake took about 15 minutes and quality was not affected. Burgers were all great, and I recommend the fried green beans and the tenderloin sandwich, and the Nilla banana shake is tasty too."
"Love this location. I always prefer to eat in. Everything is done to perfection. Took advantage of a deal offer in the app. Free Charburger with the purchase of a drink. I upgraded it to add cheese. Service is great."
